At Powers Bike Shop, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our online portal to provide your order number and select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original condition and include all tags, manuals, and protective packaging to ensure a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
